Use Logicl responsibly and within authorised boundaries.
This policy protects customers, users, service providers and the integrity of tenant-isolated AI workflows.

Prohibited use
- Unlawful activity, harassment, hate, illegal content, abuse, spam or deceptive communications.
- Attempts to bypass authentication, security controls, tenant isolation, approval controls or usage limits.
- Uploading secrets or sensitive information unnecessarily, or content you do not have authority to use.
- Using Logicl to make unauthorised regulated, legal, finance, employment, health, safety or eligibility decisions.
- Reverse engineering, exploitation or interference with the service except where expressly authorised.
- Prompt injection, malicious testing or vulnerability probing outside an authorised security-reporting channel.
- Misuse of voice, SMS, email or other communications systems, including contacting people without appropriate authority or consent.
Enforcement
Logicl may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, tenants, providers or the service.
Where practical and appropriate, Logicl will seek to communicate concerns and allow remediation. Serious or urgent risks may require immediate action.
Report concerns
Report suspected misuse to support@logicl.com.au. Report suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents to security@logicl.com.au.
