Using the service and accounts
You may use Logicl only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for account security, authorised users and activity under your workspace.
You must provide accurate setup and billing information and promptly notify Logicl of suspected unauthorised access.
Customer content and approvals
You remain responsible for tenant knowledge, customer content, instructions, approvals and decisions made using the service. You must have appropriate rights and authority to provide content to Logicl.
You are responsible for reviewing important AI-assisted output and for ensuring authorised humans approve risky, regulated, external or high-impact actions.
AI output limitations
AI-generated summaries, drafts and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are assistance, not professional, legal, financial, compliance or regulated advice.
Logicl may change models, safeguards and product behaviour as the service develops.
Billing, service changes and availability
Paid services, plan details, billing intervals, taxes and cancellation terms should be set out in the applicable order form or checkout flow. Payments may be processed by Stripe.
Features may change, and interruptions may occur. Logicl will aim to communicate material changes where practical but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. Final warranty, indemnity and limitation-of-liability terms must be settled through legal review and any applicable customer agreement.
