Last updated: 10 June 2026

Information Logicl may collect

  • Account and contact details, including names, work email addresses and organisation details.
  • Enquiry, lead and customer details supplied through enabled forms, chat, voice, SMS, email or connected workflows.
  • Tenant setup, approved knowledge, workflow context and staff actions.
  • Billing metadata, while payment processing is handled by Stripe.
  • Usage, diagnostic, audit and security event information used to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Logicl uses information to provide the service, capture and qualify enquiries, prepare summaries and draft follow-up, route work, support users, process billing and improve reliability and security.

AI-assisted workflows support staff with intake, summaries, drafts and recommendations. Human review and approval controls are intended for risky, external or high-impact actions.

AI and customer conversations

Customer conversations are not automatically used for model training by default. Any future evaluation or improvement use should require explicit configuration or approval, appropriate review, and redaction or de-identification where needed.

Tenant-approved knowledge is intended to guide organisation-specific answers. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed for important decisions.

Sharing and service providers

Logicl may share information with infrastructure and service providers that help deliver hosting, authentication, storage, AI, communications, billing, monitoring and support. Providers depend on the features enabled for a deployment.

See the Subprocessors page for current provider categories and carefully scoped usage descriptions.

Retention and privacy requests

Retention depends on the record category, operational need, customer configuration and applicable obligations. Current foundations include retention metadata and review direction; not every deletion or export workflow is automated yet.

To request access, correction, export or deletion, contact privacy@logicl.com.au. Requests may require identity and authority verification.

This privacy notice is a practical public foundation and should receive legal review before broad commercial launch.
