Data Retention

Retention direction that is reviewable and honest.

Logicl uses category-based retention foundations while configurable disposal, export and deletion workflows continue to mature.

Last updated: 10 June 2026

Retention categories

  • Enquiries, leads and contact records used to support customer follow-up and workflow continuity.
  • Chat, voice-summary, SMS, email and form records where those channels are enabled.
  • Tenant setup, approved knowledge and workflow configuration.
  • Approval, audit and security events retained for review and accountability needs.
  • Demo and test data, which should remain clearly separated from production tenant data.

Current foundation

The platform currently defines retention categories, policy metadata, redaction direction and deletion or de-identification eligibility markers. These markers do not mean every disposal action is automated.

Raw audio is not intended to be retained by default. Raw transcript references are restricted and review-gated; summary-first records are preferred.

Requests and future controls

Customers and authorised individuals can request access, export, correction or deletion through privacy@logicl.com.au. Identity, authority, contractual and legal considerations may affect the response.

Future work includes organisation-configurable retention, reviewed deletion workflows, export tooling, legal-hold handling and evidence of disposal decisions.
