Data deletion instructions
Use this process to ask Logicl to delete personal information or account-related data that is eligible for deletion.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
How to request deletion
- 1. Email privacy@logicl.com.au with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- 2. Identify the relevant account or interaction. Include enough information for us to locate the data, such as your Logicl account email, organisation name, or the email/phone number used in an enquiry. Do not send identity documents unless we ask for them through an appropriate process.
- 3. Complete any necessary verification. We may need to verify your identity, authority, or relationship to an organisation before acting on the request.
- 4. We review the data that is eligible for deletion. Depending on the request, this may include account, contact, enquiry, interaction, connected-provider credential, or related operational records.
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained where deletion is restricted by legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, billing, audit, dispute, or other legitimate operational requirements. Where appropriate, records may instead be restricted or de-identified.
Not every deletion workflow is automated. Requests are reviewed so that deletion does not bypass tenant ownership, security controls, audit requirements, or obligations that apply to the relevant record.
Meta and connected services
If your request relates to information received through a connected Meta service, identify that connection or interaction in your request where possible. Logicl will review eligible Logicl-held records and stored provider credentials within the scope of the request. Provider-side records or permissions may also need to be managed directly with the relevant provider.
